JEPL has its strengths in Fabrications and Galvanizing of steel. JEPL expertise in illumination design as well as Project Management skills makes it well equipped to venture into production of various types of Poles as solution for purpose of lighting.

The product basket comprises of Swaged Poles, Polygonal Poles, Mono Poles, Conical Poles and High Mast Poles adding Synergy to the existing product line of the company.

The design and manufacture of Polygonal & Conical Steel Poles, High Mast Steel Poles and Mono Steel Poles are done in-house. The Manufacturing of these poles are done with best quality raw material sourced from primary steel manufacturers of India, like Tata Steel / SAIL / JSW. These Raw material are conforming to BS EN 10025 with minimum Yield Strength of 355 N/mm2 and other equivalent International Standards, as per Customers requirements.

JEPL Facilities for making Steel Poles :

JEPL has the Worlds latest Plasma cutting machine to cut the plates in the required shape for Polygonal / Conical Poles. Our manufacturing plant has the Worlds latest 2 x 400MT x 7M hydraulic Press which work in Tandem for shaping Polygonal Poles / Conical Poles that has the state-of-the-art Saw Welding Machine for welding the seams of Polygonal / Conical Poles.

JEPL facility include a 8M / 12M Zinc Galvanizing bath for Galvanizing these Polygonal / Conical Poles coupled with dedicated Mechanical and Chemical Laboratory including Spectrometer for in-house testing.
